Specializing in Accident Reconstruction, Accident Investigations, Crash Scene Mapping and Crash Data Retrieval.  Personally investigated over 3000 traffic crashes (at the scene), and has reconstructed over 500 crashes. Consulted on Accident Reconstruction for Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office, Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, Florida Highway Patrol, and the Gulf Breeze City Police Department.  Provided on many occasions Expert Witness Testimony in accident reconstruction for the State Attorney in First Judicial Circuit of Florida.

1976-2001

Police Officer / Assistant Officer in Charge , Pensacola Police Department Traffic Section. Traffic Homicide Investigation, Accident Investigator, and Traffic Accident Reconstructionist.  Charged with investigating all serious and fatal traffic crashes, occurring within the City of Pensacola, as well as crashes that involved department vehicles. Motorcycle Officer with the Pensacola Police Department (1988-2001), worked Traffic Enforcement and Accident Investigation

 

 

Aircraft Mechanic, Naval Air Rework Facility, NAS Pensacola

Flight Line Mechanic on multiple aircraft in both ground and flight test. Completed four year apprentice program.
